FOLDED PLASTERBOARD

We manufacture folded and pre-formed plasterboard details off-site at our Elsenham, Essex workshop, helping drylining contractors, ceiling contractors and fit-out teams install cleaner, straighter details with less site cutting, less jointing and less waste.

Creating angles, curves, returns and feature details from plasterboard on site can be slow, inconsistent and labour-heavy. It often means cutting multiple pieces, fixing them to a frame, applying beads, jointing and making good.

Folded plasterboard allows the detail to be prepared in a more controlled way before it reaches site. Components can be supplied flat-packed for bonding on site or pre-formed where the project requires it.

This approach can support curved plasterboard ceilings, prefabricated plasterboard bulkheads, light troughs, ceiling coffers, reveals, corners and bespoke interior details.

Our team can work from drawings, dimensions or agreed design intent to produce shaped plasterboard components, including details that require plywood sub-constructions or additional support.
